JUMO GmbH & Co. KG has donated a total of 5,000 euros on the occasion of its 2021 customer survey. For each questionnaire sent in, the company has added a further one euro to the sum. The participants in the customer survey had the opportunity to choose a charity from three suggestions. A total of 6,250 euros was thus distributed.
1,500 euros went to the "Aktion Deutschland Hilft" campaign. This sum will be used as part of flood relief efforts in Rhineland-Palatinate and North Rhine-Westphalia to support cleanup efforts there and repair damage.
The German Bone Marrow Donor Center received 1,750 euros. The DKMS uses the donations in the fight against blood cancer to support patients and above all to be able to finance registration costs for the donor file.
3,000 euros were transferred to the children's and youth hospice "Kleine Helden" Osthessen e.V.. The hospice supports seriously and terminally ill children and young people and their families. Those affected are accompanied in their homes or also in hospitals by qualified, voluntary helpers.
"We were very pleased to be able to support the important voluntary work of three aid organizations again this year" explains JUMO press spokesman Michael Brosig. There was once again a lot of positive feedback from customers for the fundraising campaign.
