Code of conduct - applicable worldwide
In our role as a globally active company, it is natural for us to combine our business activities with ethical principles. There is already a long tradition of this in our company history. For this reason, as a member of the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (ZVEI), we have signed up to the ZVEI Code of Conduct for social responsibility. This voluntary commitment is based around international agreements, including the "Universal Declaration of Human Rights" of the United Nations, the Core Labour Standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO), and the principles of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development.
We carry out our activities in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate. We believe in the importance of fair working conditions and equality. We are committed to operating in a sustainable manner and treating natural resources responsibly, thereby making a significant contribution to the wellbeing and development of the global community.

The Diversity Charter is a corporate initiative to promote diversity in companies. The initiative is aimed at advancing the recognition, appreciation, and integration of diversity in corporate culture in Germany. Organizations are expected to create a working environment that is free from prejudice. All employees should feel appreciated – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion/belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity.
